Our Venue
Please note the April fair is our last at The Warren. We thank the venue for their support we however outgrown the space. Details of our new venue and upcoming fair can be found here.
The venue
Our events are held at The Warren in Hayes, Kent.
The Warren, Hayes, Bromley is set in 22 acres of beautiful Kent countryside, within easy reach of Bromley and London. It is a large Grade II listed country house built in 1882 by Walter Maximilian de Zoete, a Dutch banker. One of the most unique and versatile function room venues in Bromley and South East London.

Visiting the venue
We had an unprecedented number of visitors at our first fair which whilst great overwhelmed the available parking early on the Sunday morning.
The good news is we have put in place alternative parking arrangements for our next fair on Sunday 27th of April and from the next fair onsite parking should ease as there will not be parents of players football matches taking car parking space.
Please note pedestrian access has moved to the rear of The warren and in fact off street parking is a 5min walk away and nearer to the entrance than on site parking.
The below map shows Prestons Road adjacent to The Warren which can take 75 cars and also Holland Way, Warren wood close, Sandilands Crescent.
There will be directional signage to the new rear entrance on the day.
